The Usedom Music Festival was awarded the Europe for Festivals, Festivals for Europe (EFFE) seal of approval in 2015-16 and 2017-18 for its international commitment. A jury of experts from 32 European countries honoured the high-quality programmes of the Usedom Music Festival and its social and artistic commitment to international festival work. The European festival platform EFFE is a pilot project of the European Union, initiated by the European Festivals Association (EFA). It brings together festivals in Europe committed to the arts, their communities and European values.

The Tryton Prize of the city Świnoujście in the category Education, Culture and Sport. The German-Polish commitment of the Usedom Music Festival was honoured by the Mayor.
The Usedom Music Festival has been appointed as a new member by the European Festivals Association (EFA), the umbrella organisation of European festivals. The decision is based on the high-quality artistic programmes and the mission of the music festival to present the musical diversity of the Baltic Sea region with annually changing national focal points. Altogether, 109 festivals from 44 countries, including five from Germany, belong to the European umbrella organisation that has been in existence since 1952.
